Mr. Hough owns the 1st and probably only “Country Estate” in the area, 30 acres, known as "Pinecrest. Mr. Hough is also responsible for establishing the Ferndale Co-Op Credit Union which is now named Credit Union One and is still located in Ferndale on East Nine Mile near Paxton.
